By purchasing, downloading, or using FileLocker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license key, FileLocker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FileLocker desktop software on the authorized number of devices associated with your license key. The software is licensed, not sold.

3. User Responsibilities

FileLocker provides an offline encryption tool. You are solely responsible for remembering the passwords you set for your encrypted vaults. FileLocker cannot recover lost passwords or decrypt files if a password is forgotten, as we do not have access to your data.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileLocker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee if the software does not perform as described on our website. Please contact support to initiate a refund.
