About

Built because professionals deserved better than a plain USB.

FileLocker exists to close one specific, overlooked gap: encrypted file delivery on physical media that anyone can actually use.

The story

The gap nobody had fixed.

Lawyers, photographers, accountants, and healthcare providers all share the same routine: sensitive files, handed to clients on a USB drive. The tools that existed to protect that handoff — VeraCrypt, 7-Zip, and the like — all shared the same flaw. They assumed the recipient could and would install matching software. Most clients can't, won't, or don't know how. FileLocker was built to remove that assumption entirely.

The mission

Military-grade security, handed over as easily as a USB drive.

Making real encryption simple enough that it fits into a workflow professionals already use — instead of asking them to change how they deliver files at all.

Product philosophy

Three principles, no exceptions.

Zero compromise on security

AES-256-GCM and Argon2id are non-negotiable. Convenience never comes at the cost of the underlying cryptography.

Zero friction for recipients

If the person receiving the file has to install anything, the design has failed. A browser is the only requirement.

Zero subscription fees

Pay once, own it. Security tools shouldn't come with a recurring bill attached.
